  4. Part of the !Boot Suite.

  6. Drag ANY sort of file into the "Items" sub-directory of this application 
  7. (get to it by shift-double-clicking of the application, or the OpenFolder 
  8. menu Item, if it's still there) and it will appear in a menu that can be 
  9. accessed by clicking any button over the icon. The program takes only 2K
  10. of RMA space.
  11. The best sort of files to put in there are !Link or !OpenDir files, as they 
  12. take almost no memory.
  13. The Idea and name come from a combination of the Apple menu system in System 
  14. 7 and a PD IBM Windows program called, oddly enough, Launch.

  16. Usage:
  17. Just run it, or leave it in the "Run" directory of !Boot. Put the items you 
  18. want listed in the Items sub-directory inside the application. These can be 
  19. entire applications, !Link or !OpenDir files, Text files, Basic programs, 
  20. Obey files etc. etc. etc.

  22. Compatibility:
  23. Fully tested with the !Boot suite (under RISC-OS 2.0) but some programs may 
  24. give that nasty "Press space or click mouse button to continue." message 
  25. when run. If they do, then THEY are the poorly written programs. (oh no, 
  26. not MY program!)

  28. Bugs:
  29. If you put more than about 20 items in the menu, it will hate you and crash.
